The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who is eager to solve network issues and take care of hardware maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measuresOffer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT
- Proven experience in the IT and Network industry
- English level: B2
Responsibilities
- Take care of the company's network
- Handle the voIP issues
- Maintenance of computers
- Manage our IT infrastructure
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Very good English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- No other commitments
Nice to have
- Experience in fixing servers and voIP
- CCNA
- Google Sheets experience
- Strong analytical skills
