Business Development Associate

We're excited to announce that we're currently hiring a Business Developer at PGS.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key client relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


Responsibilities

  • Opening and generating new B2B leads
  • Identifying new sales prospects
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
  • Promoting the company's services
  • Maintaining current clients and relationships with stakeholders
  • Arranging business meetings with prospects
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting client relations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Proven B2B experience in the BPO industry (USA market is a must)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English level: C1

Must Have

  • Proven experience in offshore BPO
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Perfect spoken and written English
  • Communication skills
  • Free of commitments

  • Additional languages
  • Email marketing experience
  • Data scraping expereience
  • Google Sheets experience
  • Strong analytical skills
