Responsibilities:

As the BPO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our BPO division. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize BPO operations.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the BPO team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
    • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day BPO operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
    • Implement best practices to enhance productivity and achieve operational excellence.
  4. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of BPO operations.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on operational performance and client satisfaction.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological enhancements.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of BPO services.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational challenges.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Collaborate with finance and senior management to develop and manage the BPO budget.
    • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
